Artist

-I retain all rights to the commission. Unless commercial rights are purchased, art may only be used for personal use such as: wallpaper, personal prints, header, profile pictures, post on social medias with credit to the artist (@smutty.kitty.reads)

-I have the right to decline commission requests for personal reasons.

-I have the right to change my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won’t influence orders started on older terms.

Client

-The client must be 18 years of age or older.

-Unless commercial rights are purchased, art may only be used for: gifts, wallpaper, personal prints, headers, profile pictures, post on social medias with credit to the artist (@smutty.kitty.reads)

-COVERS: I should be credited for cover designs and illustrations on posts and inside the printed book.

Payment

-50% after approved sketch, then the other 50% after final art.

-I will invoice the client, and it will include an additional 3.5% PayPal fee.

-It is the responsibility of the client to provide all requested information to complete the artwork. The cost of artwork is non-refundable.

-I will check in periodically with the client to approve as I go.
